Can I get a side of rice with that?
New diet plan. Add a dash of jewelry. Sounds promising.

‘Sculpture to be worn’
Where do I begin with this amazing English duo? The pieces created in their London studio meld the line between sculpture and jewelry. With nods to Dali and mythical tall tales, you KNOW you aren’t getting any regular ring when you purchase a piece of their jewelry.
I think choosing which pieces to put up took about 10 minutes. Whittling it down to ten was not an easy task.
….
Oh you know….just walkin’ the alligator.
Hand-bracelet-contraption by Bernard Delettrez. (Father figure of Jeweltopia favorite; Delfina.)

YESSS
In case the subtlety of this photo goes over your head, Iosselliani’s A/W12 collection is all about the sparkly art deco era..

FALL/WINTER 2012
UHHHHH. Speechless to say the least. JL F/W12 seriously left me a little brain dead.
THE COLORS.
Iridescent things are my weakness and this collection is my kryptonite. I can’t even bring to words how much this collection makes me weak in the knees. The jewel tones remind me of scarab beetles which I also have a weak spot for. I also love the subdued and almost pastel color of the golds/silvers. I’m a little relieved that I’m not seeing the over used antique brass treatment. It’s a definite breath of fresh metal air.
All photos via ModaOperandi. Jewels can be purchased there also! Available until April 23rd. GetOnIt!
